The Polyclear Group is a leading UK manufacturer of food-grade polythene products, based in Millbrook, Southampton. Known for quality and compliance, we are seeking a Junior QC (Technical & Compliance)to join our team.

Important: Only applicants with technical knowledge in manufacturing, compliance, or BRCGS Food Grade standards will be considered.

The Role

You will play a key part in ensuring all products meet regulatory standards and our high-quality benchmarks. Working alongside our Compliance Manager and Technical team, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting quality checks and inspections on materials and finished products Maintaining and updating BRCGS documentation and quality records Supporting compliance policies and audits, including HACCP standards Preparing clear reports on QC and compliance findings Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and supporting staff training
The ideal candidate will:

Have technical knowledge in manufacturing, compliance, or BRCGS Be detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive Understand quality assurance principles and HACCP Communicate clearly and work well independently or in a team Be confident documenting processes and reporting findings accurately
*Further BRCGS food-grade training to expand your technical knowledge will be provided.

Pay: From 25,500.00 per year
