The Role

We're looking for an

Entry-Level Software Engineer

who's excited to learn, grow, and contribute to real projects from day one. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has completed a software development bootcamp or equivalent training and wants to take their first step into a consulting career.


As part of our team, you'll receive guidance and mentorship from experienced engineers and consultants while you:


Learn the

fundamentals of quality engineering

,

cloud platforms

, and

developer experience

.


Build confidence in applying technical concepts to real-world challenges.


Develop consulting skills -- from effective communication to understanding client needs.


Contribute to both internal initiatives and client projects under close support from senior team members.


Participate actively in a collaborative, supportive project environment where learning never stops.

What We're Looking For

Completion of a

software development bootcamp

or similar practical training.


A

genuine curiosity

about technology and problem-solving.


A

positive attitude

and eagerness to learn from others.


Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.).


Interest in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern development practices.


Good communication skills and a desire to grow into a

client-facing consultant

role.

We would also love you to have some knowledge with some or all of the below:

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).


Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).


Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and version control (Git)
