We are working with a leading national law firm seeking to grow its highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team. This team has an outstanding reputation for handling complex, high-value real estate disputes and is consistently recognised in leading legal directories.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer (around 1-2 years' PQE) to join a thriving practice offering high-quality work, direct client exposure, and clear opportunities for career progression. Candidates approaching qualification with experience in real estate litigation will also be considered.
The Work
You will handle a broad range of real estate litigation matters, including:
Commercial landlord and tenant disputes: Lease renewals, dilapidations, break clauses, and service charge issues.
Development-related matters: Rights of light, party wall disputes, and access or boundary issues.
Professional negligence claims: Real estate-related disputes involving surveyors, valuers, and solicitors.
Secured lending disputes: Enforcement actions and recovery work for lenders and financial institutions.
Telecoms-related matters: Disputes arising from telecoms leases and infrastructure on commercial property.
You will gain hands-on experience and partner-led support within a collaborative and supportive environment.

About You
Qualified solicitor with real estate litigation experience (ideally 1-2 PQE, but qualifying candidates with experience will be considered).
Strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in real estate disputes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident managing clients.
Ambitious and proactive, keen to take ownership of work and progress your career.
