The Role

As a

Junior Real-Time Analyst

, you'll play a key role in monitoring and optimising the performance of our front-of-house and contact centre operations. You'll ensure our patient support teams are efficiently resourced and that we continue to provide an exceptional, seamless experience to every patient.

Key responsibilities:

Monitor real-time activity across communication channels to ensure optimal team performance Manage schedules, track adherence, and flag potential service level issues Provide real-time insights to support decision-making and workflow adjustments Assist with forecasting and reporting to improve efficiency and service quality Collaborate with team leaders and management to ensure patient experience standards are met

About You

We're looking for someone who's analytical, proactive, and keen to learn. You don't need years of experience -- just the right mindset and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You'll bring:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets experience ideal) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A proactive approach and attention to detail An interest in healthcare, technology, or operations
