Job title: Junior Recruitment Business Partner



Salary: 30-32k



Location: Bristol (hybrid working model)



About the Role:



As a Junior Resourcing Business Partner, you will deliver tailored recruitment solutions that consistently exceed expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact for all recruitment activity, you'll build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and effective end-to-end recruitment process.

In addition to supporting day-to-day delivery, you'll contribute to the wider Resourcing Function--sharing insights, promoting consistency, and enhancing the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key responsibilities:



Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders through regular contact online and in person. Be accountable for driving the achievement of all KPIs and SLAs. Supporting the client service team with gathering market analytics and insights. Supporting the full cycle of recruitment from leading comprehensive briefing calls to interview Management. Monitoring the onboarding of new starters. Ensure operational MI/Reporting structured in line with client expectations. Contribute to QBR preparation.


Future Development (with support)



Mapping customer structure, identifying target stakeholders and developing relationships. Demonstrating customer knowledge of the recruitment landscape and key projects to feed into forecasting and talent pipelining and QBR discussions. Identifying areas for increased client engagement and opportunities. Challenging manager behaviours to support client growth and service governance. Utilising relationships and customer knowledge to maximise direct attraction sourcing activity.



What we're looking for:



Essential





Experience co-ordinating process across multi-disciplined teams. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced challenging environment. Comfortable engaging with external customers.


Desirable





Track record of managing complex, high-profile recruitment campaigns. Experience of coordinating recruitment processes to improve service delivery. Proficient in Excel
