Duties

Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Renewable Energy Solutions. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet targets. Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our IT systems. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales performance. Organise follow-up communications with potential clients to nurture relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Complete site surveys and client meetings throughout Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or sales role, in the Renewable Energy Sector is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to negotiate confidently and persuasively with clients. Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong time management abilities, demonstrating reliability and commitment. A driven attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role. Full UK driving licence.
