The Role: Junior Resourcer - IT Recruitment

\xc2\xb7 You will be one of two new junior resourcers joining our team. Dynamic, young firm in an exciting period of development.

\xc2\xb7 You will be providing leading companies with high-caliber candidates. Your role is to support the needs of other recruiters in the office. You will be looking for career progression and development with our extensive training and coaching program.

\xc2\xb7 You\xe2\x80\x99ll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match, role is primarily phone based.

\xc2\xb7 Researching prospective clients, identifying decision makers, obtaining contact details, and adding to the system

\xc2\xb7 Identifying candidates for current vacancies

On a daily basis you will be:

- Identifying and generating candidates against specific client requirements

- Contacting candidates to discuss job opportunities via phone calls and emails

- Developing relationships with candidates, building your network and reputation

- Using the internet and social media to source information and generate leads

\xc2\xb7 Publishing adverts onto the company website and 3rd party job boards

\xc2\xb7 Processing/ handling incoming advert responses, adding candidates to the system, and linking their interest to the vacancy applied for

\xc2\xb7 Formatting CVs and general administrative duties

\xc2\xb7 Support the office in a broad range of internal and external related communications with both clients and candidates

\xc2\xb7 Work towards given targets and key performance indicators

Your profile:
