Role Overview

As a

Junior Retail Sales Assistant

, you will represent our clients on the retail floor, engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands within a retail or pop-up environment Engage with customers to promote products and services Deliver an outstanding customer experience Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Assist with product displays, campaign setup, and daily reporting Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanour Willingness to learn and take direction Confidence working in a busy, customer-facing environment A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
