Role Overview

As a

Junior Retail Sales Associate

, you will act as a key brand ambassador within retail environments, helping customers discover products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with the marketing and campaign teams to support in-store promotions and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail setting to promote and sell products/services Provide product knowledge, advice, and recommendations tailored to customer needs Maintain merchandising standards and ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly Track customer interactions, gather feedback, and support brand initiatives Collaborate with team leaders to meet individual and team sales targets Assist in setting up promotional displays and maintaining a tidy work area

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, customer-first attitude Enthusiasm for learning about products and marketing strategies Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or promotional events Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not required A proactive, results-driven mindset
