Job Title: Junior Sales Administrator



Hours: Monday - Friday (35.5 hours per week) Early Finish on a Friday



Salary: up to 20,000.00 per annum



Holidays: 23 days + Bank Holidays



The Company manufactures pesticides products and offers innovative insecticide solutions based in Speke, Liverpool. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Administrator to join the team.

This is an entry level position and would suit someone who has recently left college and would like to kick-start their career within Sales and International Trade.

The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Export Sales Co-ordinators by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the sales department,

Experience:



No previous experience necessary as full internal training will be provided.

Qualifications:



Educated to an A Level standard in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Liaising and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Offer full support (telephone and email) to export clients.

Support the sales team on sales leads.

Take overall responsibility for customer artworks.

Place and manage customer orders for products internally.

Advising customers of queries on orders and find solutions for them.

Dealing with customer complaints.

Dealing with global export markets.

Provide full administration support to the export sales team.

Data inputting onto Exact System (in-house stock system).

Sales ordering and processing.

Conducting market research.

Competencies:



A strong interest in sales and administration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear & confident).

Proficient in all MS Office Packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) including sending emails using Outlook and internet use.

Detail orientated (accurate and precise).

Multi-tasker who is highly organised and able to prioritise workload.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative.

Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

Team player.

Reliable and hardworking.

Strong customer service ethic.
