Looking for a part time job in a creative environment, where you can make meaningful contributions to our business?

We manufacture sustainable merchandise for illustrators, artists and other businesses. We're looking for someone to join us as the first point of contact for both existing and new clients, and to take on other sales and marketing tasks as they arise.

We hire based on skills rather than experience - if you have the right skillset and are keen to learn, we're happy to provide training. We value initiative, curiosity, friendliness and the ability to work well in a fast-moving work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Respond to incoming queries from existing and prospective clients. We'll train you so that you know everything you need to handle these enquiries. Being approachable, personable and adding value to every interaction with our clients is our top priority Providing advice to clients on creating artwork for printing and laser cutting Identifying sales and upselling opportunities, and performing basic outreach to potential clients Generating quotes for clients using our bespoke quoting engine Sending invoices that concisely outline the client's requirements for a project Making minor adjustments to design files, and other light touch work in Coreldraw, our design software

We're looking for someone who fits the below criteria:

Essential:

Excellent writing skills, with a good grasp of grammar, spelling and punctuation A professional, affable telephone manner Confident using IT and can pick up new software quickly Able to summarise complex pieces of information in concise and easily digestible ways Confident, and able to use your initiative when required An efficient worker who is able to quickly switch from one task to another An eye for detail

It's a bonus if you have:

Experience of using vector-based design software (Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Coreldraw or similar) Experience of working with laser cutting and/or UV printing machines Experience of working in a small business

We're a small but quickly growing team of five, based in Frampton on Severn. We're creative at our core, but business-minded. We're working on an ever widening variety of projects, so your role may expand as we take on new challenges.

What we offer:

Working hours:

25 hours a week, over 5 days. However if you have commitments on certain days please still apply and let us know your availability within your cover letter as we can be flexible for the right person.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
