As part of our continued expansion, we're now seeking a Junior Sales Manager to play a key role within our retail and events division. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who's ready to develop into a confident sales leader, combining hands-on sales activity, client engagement, and team coordination to drive business performance and brand success.

The Role



As a Junior Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our sales operations--building relationships, driving revenue, and supporting project delivery across retail and live event environments. You'll receive structured training and mentorship from senior leaders, equipping you with the commercial, leadership, and strategic skills needed to progress within the company.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing position where every day brings something new--whether you're leading a team on-site, liaising with client, or contributing to marketing and sales strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development



Drive sales across retail and event projects, engaging directly with customers and clients. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and brand activations. Support client acquisition and retention strategies through effective communication and follow-up.

Leadership & Team Support



Motivate and guide a small team, helping them achieve daily and weekly targets. Deliver on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance. Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on growth and results.

Project & Campaign Management



Assist in planning and executing campaigns and live events. Coordinate logistics, resources, and staffing to ensure smooth delivery. Work with senior management to align sales objectives with wider business goals.

Performance & Reporting



Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to leadership. Analyse sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements. Contribute ideas to enhance sales processes, training and campaign outcomes.
