Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers directly through face-to-face sales in residential areas. Learn and master the art of product knowledge to effectively present features and benefits to customers. Conduct persuasive sales presentations, answer customer questions, and close sales confidently. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and team sales goals. Apply proven marketing techniques to attract and engage potential customers in their local communities. Develop resilience and stay focused on targets, even in a dynamic and challenging environment. Take on new responsibilities and work towards managing and leading your own sales team.
