The agency, now under the leadership of Annette and James Poole and management of Sarah Campbell, is known for its inclusivity and community focus. With a full range of property services offered from their flagship branch at 306 Farnham Road, the agency is dedicated to proactive solutions and local connections, recently unveiling a fresh new brand in 2023.

Salary:

Competitive basic salary plus an uncapped commission structure (On Target Earnings approx. 25,000-30,000).

About the Role:



Working in the heart of Slough, you will assist buyers and sellers through the entire sales process, focusing on the accessible properties that make up a significant part of the local market. Your key responsibilities will include:



Registering new applicants and identifying their needs. Arranging and conducting property viewings across Slough. Providing excellent customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Assisting in the negotiation of offers between buyers and sellers. Promoting properties through various marketing channels. Supporting senior team members and learning the ins and outs of the property market.

About You:



A confident and positive communicator with a friendly, professional telephone manner. A keen interest in the property industry and Slough's local area. Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Target-driven, ambitious, and eager to learn. A full UK driving license is essential for property visits. No prior experience is necessary--we value a great attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
