Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Promotions Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our promotional campaigns, helping to increase brand awareness, engage potential customers, and drive product or service sales. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients professionally at promotional events, retail locations, and residential areas Assist with setting up and delivering sales and promotional displays Communicate key product features and benefits to potential customers Engage and interact with the public to generate interest and leads Support the promotional team with campaign execution and logistics Gather and report customer feedback and campaign insights Maintain a clean and organised promotional environment Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and confident personality Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Previous experience in sales, promotions, events or customer service is a plus, but not essential
