Job Summary:
As a Junior Salesperson, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, building relationships with clients, and helping guide projects from initial inquiry through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow within a thriving company.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior sales reps with client management, proposals, and order processing
Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and web
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare quotes, sales documents, and product information
Assist in maintaining CRM systems and sales records
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Manage multiple commercial LED lighting projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications meet project and client requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain thorough documentation.
Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and installations.
Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements.
Support post-installation follow-ups and resolution of technical or service issues.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
