The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers and will perform tasks such as taking calls from customers and trying to resolve their queries.
The main duties of the post;
- Provide support and development for a subset of systems that are maintained by the Digital Services Division. Examples Include
Control and Operation of the Network Infrastructure
Control and Operation of the Server and Desktop Infrastructure
Incident Management - Fault and Change
Web Services and Data Analytics
Application Development and Support
Provide helpdesk support and guidance for system users
Perform limited systems analysis and problem identification.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of processes and systems which support the operation of the service.
Maintain system and project documentation in line with agreed procedures
Carry out site visits to progress installations, problem rectification or process identification
Keep up to date with advances in technology
Ideally you will have;
Must possess at least 4 GCSE's, at grade A to C, one of which must be English Language or Welsh, plus mathematics, or possess equivalent occupational experience.
