The Job Mission



This is an on-site position based in Bridgwater. Relocation support is available for those moving closer to site. As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the safe and effective delivery of electrical systems on Hinkley Point C. You'll gain experience working with designers and stakeholders while developing your technical and project engineering skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the resolution of electrical design queries and change requests Assisting in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements Helping to coordinate design decisions with wider project strategies Providing input into technical documentation and records Liaising with external organisations and stakeholders to support delivery Supporting the closure of technical issues within the electrical scope Reporting progress and issues to an Engineering Lead

Qualifications



Essential Skills



Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification) Some experience in electrical design, installation, or commissioning Understanding of construction or installation industry standards Ability to take ownership of tasks and seek support when needed
