This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for content creation, social media, and marketing. You'll play a key role in growing EVO Decking's online presence by producing engaging videos, photos, and campaigns that showcase our products, projects, and brand values.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit short-form videos (e.g. reels, TikToks, and project showcases) for social media. Capture on-site and behind-the-scenes footage of decking installations, product highlights, and customer stories. Design visually appealing graphics, posts, and ads aligned with brand guidelines. Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across all EVO Decking social channels. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community growth. Help brainstorm creative campaigns, trends, and social media initiatives. Marketing Support: Assist with email campaigns, blogs, and website updates. Support product launches, events, and promotional activities. Track performance analytics and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Skills & Experience

Experience or strong interest in social media marketing, video creation, or digital content. Basic knowledge of video editing tools Comfortable filming and appearing on camera when needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling. Understanding of current social media trends (especially TikTok & Instagram Reels). Photography or graphic design experience is a plus.
