We're looking for a Junior Engineering Manager to lead two small but impactful teams-one focused on 3rd line support and the a small agile development team. You'll be responsible for guiding a total of 10 engineers, helping them grow, collaborate, and deliver high-quality solutions that make a real difference to healthcare professionals and patients across the UK.



This role is ideal for someone with a solid engineering background who's ready to move into a leadership position, balancing technical oversight with people management.

Primary Responsibilities:



Leading two teams (3rd line support and a development team), ensuring alignment with business goals Supporting engineers in their day-to-day work, career development, and technical growth Facilitating collaboration between support and development functions to improve product stability and performance Contributing to technical discussions and helping solve engineering challenges Promoting best practices in software development and support operations Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Who You'll Be:



You'll be an engineer with hands-on experience and a passion for mentoring others. You'll be proactive, approachable, and keen to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Required Qualifications:



Proven solid foundation in engineering, with experience in either support or development environments Proven solid communication and organisational skills Demonstrated desire to grow as a leader and help others do the same Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality solutions
