TSABI - The Solicitors Advocates and Barristers Inc is a law firm employing solicitors, barristers and solicitor advocates, all in house. We have an expert team of criminal lawyers who work on all types of cases from petty theft in the Magistrates Court to murder and serious fraud cases in the Crown Court. We provide an excellent working environment and first class training from a Director.

The Role



An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor in our Middlesex branch.Joining the practice's highly regarded criminal law team, the successful candidate will work closely with the senior members of the department and run a busy case load.

Responsibilities



Working on all types of cases in the Magistrates and Crown Court File management Preparing client letters Drafting statements Liaising with clients in person and over the telephone Instructing experts Briefs to counsel Local advocacy Attending police stations and Magistrates Courts

The Candidate



Applications are especially welcomed from Solicitors with criminal law experience, and in particular police station or duty accrediation. This is desirable but not essential. For the right candidate, there will be opportunity to be trained to aquire duty accrediation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
