About the Role

As a

Solutions Consultant

, you'll lead and deliver innovative customer projects using the very latest low-code development platform. From design and build to post-implementation support and training, you'll play a key role in making sure customers gain real value from their digital transformation journey.


This is a hybrid role based in Reading, visiting customer sites when needed.

What You'll Do

? Work directly with clients at pre and post sales stages to understand and shape their requirements


? Analyse, document, and design tech solutions tailored to customer needs


? Build and maintain applications and automations using a modern low-code platform


? Manage solution deployments, both cloud-based and on-premise where needed


? Deliver engaging training sessions to customers and partners


? Use the development kit to extend platform functionality in Python, C# or TypeScript


? Capture customer feedback and translate it into product improvements with the dev team

? What You'll Bring

? Strong written and verbal communication skills


? A Degree in an I.T. Software Engineering discipline with knowledge / experience of software development / coding in one or more of: Python, C#, or TypeScript


? A proactive and agile approach to learning, collaboration, and problem-solving


? Passion for improving customer experience and seeing real-world business impact


? Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


? Comfortable with hybrid working (3 days/week in Reading HQ)
