Responsibilities



Curate and maintain an extensive wine list that complements our menu offerings. Provide exceptional wine service, including recommendations and tastings to guests. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on wine knowledge, serving techniques, and food pairings. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless integration of food and wine offerings. Oversee the proper storage and handling of wines to maintain quality and safety standards. Assist in catering events by providing wine selections that enhance the overall experience. Stay updated on industry trends, new wines, and emerging regions to continually refine the wine programme. Upselling great wines and varieties to our guests and regulars who look to always try something new

Experience



Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong background in restaurant service, including food preparation and safety practices. Experience in catering settings is advantageous, along with barista experience for beverage pairing insights. A solid understanding of various wines, regions, and tasting notes is required. Pay: 27,000.00-40,000.00 per year
