We are currently looking for a talented individual with a passion in cooking & working in a buzzing kitchen environment to join the team as a junior sous chef
This is an ideal role for a current junior sous chef looking for a career progression or a chef de partie looking for a new challenge.
The Chef de Partie will assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in ensuring that all duties within the kitchen are carried out accordingly to the procedures set out by health & safety laws.
The junior sous chef will be responsible for running a section and required to assist with food preparation of other sections. Assisting with stoke taking & management of kitchen hygiene.
To work effectively within the kitchen team to ensure high level of service standards, checking that all food is stored & used in rotation to eliminate wastage & adhere to health & hygiene laws.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills & enjoy motivating the team, as well as excellent awareness food hygiene standards.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
