We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie /Junior sous with a passion for food and the enthusiasm to join our multi-award winning culinary team. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in food preparation and production, with a flair for creativity and a commitment to excellence in the kitchen. As one of the team you will be responsible for ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests. This role requires a strong team player with a passion to learn and progress within our team .
Duties
Prepare, design and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and seasonal menus.
To work in harmony with our Chef team to ensure high standards of food production and presentation.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
Implement and uphold health and safety standards within the kitchen environment.
Assist in menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends to enhance offerings.
Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.

Experience in managing kitchen teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
