We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, help lead the team during service, and ensure consistent high-quality food preparation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision and training of kitchen staff
Maintain food quality and presentation standards
Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
Support menu development and inventory control
Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for food and a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
