Duties
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development, ensuring creative and seasonal dishes are prepared.

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Train new team members on food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Help create a positive atmosphere in the kitchen by promoting teamwork and communication.
Experience
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food safety practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
