What You'll Be Doing:

As our Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head and Sous Chef in leading the brigade. You'll inspire the team, maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences our guests will remember.

Your day-to-day will include:

Assisting in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes across all areas of the kitchen. Supporting menu development and seasonal specials. Leading by example and mentoring junior chefs. Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and stock management standards are always met. Taking charge in the Sous Chef's absence.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creative presentation. A calm, organised, and positive leader - even when the heat is on! Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety practices. A desire to learn, grow, and bring your ideas to the table.
