As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef
in delivering outstanding food while developing your skills in a professional and creative kitchen.
What We're Looking For:
A chef with experience in quality kitchens and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
A willingness to learn, grow, and take guidance from senior chefs.
Strong cooking skills with attention to detail in presentation and consistency.
Good organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A solid understanding of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
A positive, team-focused attitude with a desire to progress to more senior roles in the future.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the daily preparation and service of dishes.
Maintain high standards of cooking and presentation across all sections.
Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
Help train and support Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters when required.
Contribute to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences in both the restaurant and events.
