Junior Sous Chef
to help lead our kitchen team as we get ready to open in August
About the Role:
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to bring ideas, take responsibility, and grow with a business that values creativity, consistency, and teamwork.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting in the preparation and service of fresh, seasonal food to a high standard
Leading the team in the absence of senior chef
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
Helping train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Contributing to menu development and specials planning
What We're Looking For:
Experience working in a busy kitchen environment, ideally as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous
A real passion for quality food and seasonal ingredients
Strong leadership and communication skills
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
