We are looking for a

Junior Strategist

to join our London office. It's a big break for a curious, ambitious thinker who wants to start their chapter with us.

Job Summary




This will put you in the engine room of our strategic output. You will support Strategy Directors and Senior Strategists on some of Droga5 London's most important client accounts and be a support player in new business pitches. You will be expected to bring fresh energy and set the standard for curiosity.

Job Responsibilities



Research detective:



You will become the expert on the consumer, the category, and the culture surrounding our brands. You will dig deep into research. From social listening to reading industry reports and trawling through data to find the insights that can help build strategies and unlock great work.

Brand guardian:



On your key accounts, you will learn your client's business inside out. You will be obsessed with understanding what makes the brand successful and how to help it win vs the competition. You will be the reliable right-hand to the senior strategy team, ensuring we always have the latest and most useful information to hand.

Creative partner:



You will support your strategy lead by working closely with creative teams throughout the process. You'll help with arming them with additional insights, consumer data or whatever they need strategically to develop their ideas and executions.

Effectiveness student:



You will learn the importance of proving the impact of work. You will help compile case studies and reports for your key accounts and learn how to demonstrate how creativity drives business results.




Basic Qualifications



Relevant experience (internships, junior roles, or relevant portfolio work) Strong strategic instincts. This is the ability to break down a business problem, analyse audience barriers and drivers, and articulate possible creative solutions Demonstrate a real passion for strategy and the industry we're in Ability to listen well and articulate thinking Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person A "no task too small" attitude and a collaborative spirit
