We are supercharging our service teams to enhance our exceptional customer support. You will be part of our Customer Support team that has teams in both Australia and the UK.ABOUT THE ROLEWe have a small friendly team of co-workers who have a shared goal of delivering value, service, and quality to our clients. Reporting to the Application Support Team Leader (UK) and supported by the Operations Manager (AU), you will be responsible for providing support to our customers dealing directly via phone, email and our web help portal. You will also work closely with your team to identify and help replicate bugs; be involved in the software development process; maintain documentation and help articles; and assist in testing bug fixes and new features.
