About the Role

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:


Source top talent for retail, hospitality, and customer service roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the Retail Business Partner with hiring managers to deliver inclusive and effective hiring strategies Promote our employer brand and design engaging candidate experiences Use data and insights to drive smarter hiring decisions Support seasonal recruitment, including assessment centres for peak periods

What We're Looking For

Experience in retail or hospitality recruitment (in-house or agency) Excellent stakeholder management skills -- confident working with store leaders and senior colleagues Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and service Commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences Happy to commute to our Piccadilly store and work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
