As a Junior Team Lead, you'll begin developing your leadership and coordination skills while working closely with experienced managers to help guide a small team through daily tasks and ongoing projects.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day running of team tasks and assist with basic planning Help keep projects on track by organising activities and communicating updates Participate in team check-ins and help ensure goals are clearly understood Use simple tracking tools (e.g. checklists, spreadsheets, or project platforms) to monitor progress Support your teammates by identifying when issues arise and suggesting solutions Help prepare basic summaries or updates for team leads or supervisors Promote a positive team environment by encouraging cooperation and accountability
What We're Looking For
No prior leadership experience required: just a willingness to step up and take initiative A strong communicator who enjoys working with others and solving problems Organised, reliable, and eager to learn new skills Comfortable using basic technology (email, spreadsheets, or task trackers) Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and a genuine interest in developing as a future leader Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or teamwork experience is a plus, but not essential
