Graduate / Junior Technical Assistant

to help us on that journey.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for a technically minded graduate who enjoys working with data, solving logical problems, and learning how business systems connect together. You'll work directly with the Sales & Technical Director to deliver automation and integration projects that improve efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Excel tools using VBA/macros. Create and refine SQL reports and queries from our ERP (M1). Assist in DriveWorks and DriveWorks Live setup and automation. Build automated systems to trigger reports, alerts, and email notifications. Explore and apply

AI tools

to improve processes and data workflows. Support departments by identifying inefficiencies and delivering digital solutions.

Skills and Attributes:

Degree in Computing, Engineering, IT, or related field. Good knowledge of Excel and interest in VBA or SQL (training provided). Curious about

automation, AI, and new technology

. Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail. Good communicator who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
