25,000 per annum (depending on experience) based on 37.5 hours/week

Junior Service & Logistics Operative

, you will play a vital role in supporting our service team and ensuring medical equipment reaches the right place, in perfect working order, when it's needed.

The Role

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to start a career in servicing of medical equipment and logistics. You will assist service engineers and operations staff, supporting the delivery, installation, maintenance, and transport of medical products across hospitals and healthcare sites across the whole of the UK & NI

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the delivery, installation, and servicing of medical equipment in NHS and private hospitals as well as conferences Supporting service engineers during routine maintenance and urgent repairs Safely handling and transporting sensitive medical products Keeping accurate records of deliveries, service visits, and maintenance activities Ensuring compliance with healthcare, safety, and equipment regulations Communicating effectively with hospital staff and internal teams

About You

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and organised individual who is eager to learn and develop a career in servicing of medical equipment and logistics. This role would be suitable to someone who doesn't mind traveling and occasional nights away from home.

Essential requirements:

Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow procedures and work safely in clinical environments Willingness to travel to hospitals and healthcare sites across the UK & NI Right to work in the UK Clean UK drivers license

Desirable (not essential):

Experience in logistics, deliveries, or service work Interest or experience in medical equipment or healthcare
