We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with experience in B2B environments being highly advantageous.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes using CRM software, including Salesforce.
Engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers, addressing their needs and questions effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is an asset.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
A self-motivated individual who can work independently while contributing to a team environment.
