to join our team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's keen to build a career in estimating within the insulation or mechanical services industry.
You don't need previous experience --

we'll provide full training and ongoing support

to help you develop the skills to produce quotations, read drawings, and understand insulation systems and materials.

You'll work alongside our experienced estimators and contracts managers, learning every stage of the process from tender review to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing drawings and specifications Help prepare basic take-offs and pricing exercises Contact suppliers for material prices and information Support the preparation of quotations and tender documents Learn how to identify materials, labour requirements, and technical details Provide general administrative and technical support to the estimating team

Ideal Candidate

Eager to learn and develop a career in the construction or insulation industry Good with numbers and attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Excel and other basic computer tools Strong communication and organisational skills Positive attitude and willingness to be trained by senior team members
