Over 30 years of innovation, within our vertically integrated model, has allowed us to perfect the care home designs. LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments are looking for a Trainee Interior Designer to work alongside the interior design team and lead designer, providing support at all stages of projects in rolling out a brand fit-out scheme into new build care homes across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Trainee Interior Designer, will be required to undertake a design related qualification along side employment Keen eye for interior design, sourcing accessories and for the dressing of the interior spaces Supporting the lead interior designer and interior design team in producing 2D internal finishes drawings, furniture layouts, bespoke joinery drawings and FF&E specifications. Support team in picking and packing up fit outs, preparing them prior to site delivery. Attend UK wide sites, fitting out care homes for handover

Would suit an individual keen to develop an interior design career and skills, while learning and working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Requirements:

Excellent organisation skills - ability to multitask on many projects at any one time in an ever changing fast paced environment. Team player - ability to work across a multi-disciplined team within office, warehouse and construction site environments. Microsoft email, word, excel. Driving license and vehicle owner. Experience in Auto Cad and sketch up advantageous but not essential

Primarily based at Head office with regular travel and overnight stays to sites UK wide.
