The Olive Tree Restaurant is Bath's only Michelin Starred Restaurant. Located within the stylish Queensberry Hotel in Upper Bath, is actively looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Juniorr Waiter . The ideal candidate will be an essential part of our journey towards a world class dining experience.

Essentials:

Required to work in all areas of F&B in the business, including bar, room service and breakfast. The phrase 'that's not my job' is not and will never be part of our ethos.

Strong passion for food, drinks and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Based on 40 hours a week , worked over 5 days.

The role you will work 1 day lunch and dinner , 3 days working dinner only and 1 breakfast split ( 8-11am /break / 4- 11) a week .

A strong knowledge of wine will be preferred ,but training will be given as well. As the chosen candidate will be required to play an active role in wine service including presenting wine pairings. Preferably WSET Level 2, not essential, we can support in candiates working towards this qualification.

Impeccable presentation and personal standards.

Punctual time management. Every second counts.

Ability to cope with pressure and multi-task.

Good communication skills.

Ambition to grow within the company.

Ability to supervise and train staff as well as running the restaurant in the absence of the manager/assistant manager.

Knowledge of bar service and cocktails would be advantageous.

Minimum Required Experience to apply:

Previous front of house experience is prefered, but not essential. Training will be provided but a good level of service skills and knowledge will help you hit the ground running.
