Job Title: Junior/Trainee Fire and Security Service Engineer

Location: Stafford and surrounding counties Area

Salary: Up to 26,000 basic + generous overtime and benefits

We're looking for a motivated Junior/Trainee Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in fire and security. You'll support experienced engineers across a variety of commercial and industrial clients, all while gaining hands-on experience and qualifications in fire alarm systems, health & safety, and various protocols!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers with fire and security system maintenance tasks. Perform and support pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities under supervision. Training across fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control. Attend industry-recognised training such as FIA, PASMA, IPAF, etc. Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Progressing to work across prestigious contracts once trained.

What You'll Bring:

Some basic knowledge of electrical or engineering systems (advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided).

What You'll Receive:

Competitive Salary: Up to 26,000 basic + 1.5x overtime (including travel time).
