Methods Analyst

Role Overview
This role is responsible for developing accurate and efficient manufacturing processes to ensure raw materials and assemblies are transformed into high-quality finished products. The successful candidate will apply established techniques and procedures to deliver cost-effective and reliable solutions that meet production and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review engineering drawings and specifications to determine the required process plans, routings, tooling, and methods. Create detailed manufacturing sequences and instructions. Defining stages of manufacture, and routing steps necessary for completed assemblies and parts. Establish and maintain standard production times for processes, while identifying and recommending improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues, review impacts of process changes, and drive efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience preferred within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and process planning. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
