. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive business success and deliver meaningful impact across Telecom, Billing, and Revenue Management domains.

London hybrid-based role with 2/3 times per week at the office.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Design:

Define and implement robust, scalable architecture using

Kafka

,

Spring Cloud

, and

Spring Boot

. Ensure seamless integration of systems leveraging

Spring Integration

and

Java

technologies.

Development & Quality:

Develop and maintain high-quality code using

Spring MVC

and

Spring Core

to optimize application performance. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Performance & Compliance:

Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially in Telecom and Billing domains.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools to enhance architecture and processes. Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve technical capabilities.

Documentation & Support:

Document architecture, design decisions, and implementation details for knowledge sharing. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
