Requirements

Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Good organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure product quality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment. Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures. Flexibility to work shifts as required, including early mornings or late evenings if necessary. Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate documentation and quality checks. A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
