Darcy's Fish & Chips is a beloved local fish and chip takeaway, renowned for our fresh ingredients and friendly service. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kebab Cook to join our team and continue to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of kebabs, including doner, chicken, and other grill items. Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Manage grill items and operations, ensuring highest quality and proper stock management Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to hygiene standards. Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Kebab Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen. In-depth knowledge of kebab preparation and seasoning. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
