We are looking for an individual to join our 5 star awarded boarding kennels and cattery business.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care for animals in the kennel and cattery, including feeding, grooming, and exercising. Monitor the health and well-being of animals, reporting any concerns to senior staff members. Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for pet owners. Maintain cleanliness of animal living spaces, adhering to hygiene standards. Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed, such as moving animals or supplies safely.

Summary

As a Kennel and Cattery Assistant, you will be essential in providing high-quality care for pets while ensuring their comfort and safety. Reporting to the kennel manager, your core responsibilities will include animal handling, feeding, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. Your skills in and animal care will enhance the well-being of the animals, while your relevant skills in customer service and heavy lifting will support effective communication with pet owners and the physical demands of the role. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.30 per hour
