Permanent | Full Time | Monday-Friday | 37.5 hrs/week

12.63/hour

Bryson Recycling on the lookout for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Kerbside Loaders, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting our drivers on the road. If you've got the energy, commitment, and a positive mindset, we want to hear from you!

As a Kerbside Loader, you'll work alongside a Kerbside Driver to collect and lift recyclable materials on designated routes. This is a physically active, team-based role that requires a strong work ethic and a respectful, professional approach.

What you NEED to bring to the table:

Good communication and basic literacy/numeracy skills Willingness to work hard and take direction in a fast-paced team Professional conduct and respect for colleagues and the public Consistent reliability -- attendance and timekeeping are critical Ability to contribute to a positive team culture and work closely with drivers

Bonus Points if you've got:

Experience working in a waste environment or manual role Full, clean UK driving licence
