Key Account Designer

to join our fast-paced studio and take the lead on high-impact design projects for our key accounts.

The Role

In this role, you'll work directly with some of the

biggest brands and most exciting clients in the world

, helping bring their ideas to life through bold, creative neon design.

You'll use the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) to produce mockups and production-ready visuals, communicate with clients via email and phone to refine briefs, and ensure that all creative work meets both brand standards and internal deadlines. From one-off campaigns to large-scale rollouts, you'll own the creative relationship and act as the client's go-to expert on everything neon.

You'll also contribute to internal projects such as new collection designs for our website and seasonal trend-led launches, working closely with our design, production, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage design projects for key account clients from concept to production Work directly with clients via phone and email to understand their brief, suggest options, and refine creative proposals Create custom neon designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Translate brand guidelines into effective and visually striking sign concepts Coordinate internally with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure deadlines and specifications are met Contribute to new product collections and seasonal launches Maintain strong relationships with key clients through clear, helpful, and professional communication Ensure all designs are accurate, aligned with brand standards, and ready for manufacture

About You

You're an experienced designer who thrives on variety, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. You love working with clients, have a sharp design eye, and feel comfortable translating even the loosest brief into something bold and beautiful. You're highly organised, proactive, and happy juggling multiple fast-moving projects.

Essential Skills & Experience

2+ years in a client-facing design or creative production role Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential) and Photoshop Experience working with brand assets and corporate design guidelines Confident communicator, able to speak with clients professionally and clearly Strong time-management and project coordination skills Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Team player with a positive, adaptable approach

Bonus Points For

Experience working with fashion, beauty, hospitality, or event brands Previous work in signage, print, interiors, or campaign-based creative Knowledge of file preparation for physical production (CNC, print, signage, etc.)
