Wren & Sable is a new specialist marketing consultancy helping USA based dental practices grow through premium marketing, positioning, and patient acquisition strategies. We work exclusively with dentists and dental groups, providing high-level support tailored to a complex and highly educated client base.

We are seeking an experienced

Account Director

to lead the identification, acquisition, and management of key dental accounts in the USA. This role is pivotal to our expansion in North America and requires someone who is both commercially driven and comfortable working with highly complex and professional clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and research potential dental clients across the USA. Make initial contact, build relationships, and convert opportunities into active clients. Present Wren & Sable's services in a compelling and consultative manner to practice owners and key decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service for each client. Provide feedback from the market to refine our services and approach. Undertake occasional travel to the USA to meet clients, attend events, and close major opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in account development, business development, or sales within a professional services environment. Strong ability to build trust and credibility with highly educated, complex clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Commercially savvy with a focus on delivering results. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
