Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Key Accounts for Tructyre and ATS Euromaster, you will proactively manage the Michelin commercial relationship on behalf of the Euromaster Group in the UK (Tructyre and ATS). Working in partnership with and delivering industry leading account management techniques to maximise revenue and margin opportunities, within both Tructyre/ATS and Michelin.

Key responsibilities include:



Accept full responsibility for the commercial performance of the Michelin account, all account activities and operational delivery within your account portfolio and handle the day-to-day management and escalations of a large manufacturer account.

Build, manage and own the commercial plans for the account, ensuring all initiatives are profit enhancing and deliverable for Tructyre and ATS. Understand the sales and profitability of the account, down to end user basis and manage the future sales pipeline.

Maintain a contact strategy plan to grow contacts within Michelin and the end user customer base.

Manage debtor health and debt target.

Identify, develop, present and implement added value initiatives.

Maintain effective and regular communication in line with a multi-level contact strategy including building strong relationships at senior level.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with Operational colleagues across Tructyre and ATS alongside the support teams.

Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and strive to maximise internal and external customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify issues and make recommendations for improvements in customer service or other customer supporting areas.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working in a B2B organisation with good operational knowledge. You will be able to work within agreed SLA's and targets/deadlines and have experience of building excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Comfortable working at, and building relationships to, board level, you will have key or strategic account management experience.

The successful candidate for the role will have strong customer service orientation with a focus on establishing and maintaining effective relationships.

With a high level operational understanding in the commercial tyre environment, you will have the ability to sell value to customers and be able to build/maintain customer confidence.

Alongside the ability to manage customer expectations and demand, you will have excellent communication, listening and presenting skills coupled with strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

Candidates will ideally live within a reasonable commute of our head office in Birmingham.
